Salam alaikum,
I have some questions about wudu

1. Should one use ‘new water’ each new action in Wuhu? e.g. before wiping one’s head, ears and socks?

2. Is wiping one’s neck sunnah?

3. Where should one recite du’a after wudu? In the bathroom or after leaving it?

4.  What to do if whether one is unsure if he did wudu or not?
