Assalamualaikum, I have question that have in my mind for a long time.

How strong is the hanbali madhab in fiqh?

Ive heard from some scholars that Imam Ahmed was more specialised in hadith than in fiqh, so his madhab isn’t as strong as the others.

The three madhabs go into a lot of detail where as the hanbali madhab only stays on the surface, and it has very few scholars under it and also very few books compared to the other madhabs.
