As a male, i gave talaq twice whilst angry, was it valid?

I am a revert Male muslim who is married for 8 months ( this my 1st muslim marriage).

Me not knowing the 3 meanings of Talaaq and what it really stands for, my wife and I had a very serious quarrel and she ask for a talaaq. I then in anger, gave it to her on 2 separate occasions 2 months apart…

Is there any means in that this talaaq be cancelled cos of the lack of knowledge that I did not receive and being Bipolar..

Can there be a passage the Quran that can help me cos I really  do love my wife…
