Assalamu Aleykum I have read that Ibn Jawzi (among others) allowed too celebrate Mawlid of the Prophet.

My question is whether other great scholars of the Hanabila have allowed this as well.

I know that the main opinion in the Shafi’i and Hanafi Madhab is that it is permitted, so I wanted to know if it is also permitted in the Hanbali Madhab.

Shaykh Yusuf bin Sadiq al Hanbali said in one of his videos that it is allowed in the Hanbali Madhab, but I wanted to know from you if this is true. And if you could please send me great scholars with references to confirm this.
