Did we accidentally authorize divorce?

One time, before my husband returned to the country, i told him “i will divorce you”, and then he replied in Bangla “হ্যা যাও দিও” this simply refers to “okay”, but in a frustrating manner.

He didn’t intend what he said, it’s more like it just slipped out of his tongue to stop the argument. He didn’t know that he could initiate a divorce.

After his return, we reconciled and next morning we had intercourse. But shortly after, we had another argument. I called my father over phone and told him that I want a divorce.

My father scolded me and made me realize that how wrong I was. right after that, i calm down and said to my husband that I would ask Allah to have mercy on us and improve our relationship.

Does this count as divorce? if yes, was it voided after having sexual intecourse?
