I heard from a famous scholar that combing salah for women with a istihaadah is only permitted in cases of extreme need or hardship. My question is… would being at work be a case of extreme need ?
Because Alhamdullilah, they have a bathroom, and a prayer room, so it’s not difficult for me. But the only problem is at work they expect you to comply with time. They expect you to always be available for them. This would make it hard for me to convince them to suit my requirements and provide me extra time for wudu. So what do you advise?
I also know in Islam there is no obedience to the creation if in involves disobedience to The Creator. I don’t want to submit to them if it’s haram for me to join prayers in this case. Please let me know.
