ما تغير ينجاسة إلا فى محل تطهير
In other books of Fiqh it is explained that until the water doesn’t SEPARATE from the place of impurity it is still pure (does pure here mean Tahur or Tahir?)
What is the meaning of this phrase exactly?
For example I get some urine on my clothes, now I wash it under the sink by wetting, rubbing, squeezing 3 times.
Evidently, the water that was cleaning the urine spot has separated from that place of najasah and spread with the water to other parts of the cloth. This would neccesitate washing the whole clothes even if one drop of najasah falls on them according to what I am understanding but this is clearly not the case so what is the case here. This would also apply to Istinjaa since when I wash the area of impurity evidently water splashes from the place of impurity (ie. Separates) from it and this becomes Najis.
These splashes of water from the washing could come on both my body or clothes or the floor, so what is the clarification?
